How do I use a promo code? : Coco Village

Before you start

Make sure your code is still valid. Most promo codes are valid for a limited time only.
Know that only 1 code per order can be used. Promo code offers are not cumulative, so if you've got more than one code, make sure you try both and use the one that makes you save more.
We can't modify your order once it's been placed. Don't forget to use your code upon purchase!

Place the items you wish to purchase in your cart.
When done shopping, go to your cart and validate that all you needed is there, and that the quantities, sizes and colors are correct.
Go to checkout, enter your shipping information and locate the "Discount Code" field at step #4.
Enter your code and click "Apply".
Verify that the code was applied before paying. You'll see a confirmation of the code that was used and how much it made you save. If you don't see that, the code was not properly applied.

Verify that the code was applied before paying. You'll see a confirmation of the code that was used. If you don't see that, the code was not properly applied. You can also view how much it made you save by clicking the arrow at the bottom of the screen, displaying the Total amount details.

Your discount code isn't valid for the items in your cart : the code you tried is valid, but it is only applicable to certain items or a certain category of items. For example, a discount code that gives 50% off balance bikes can not be used if there is no balance bike in the cart.

Enter a valid promo code : the code you're trying to use is probably expired. Look back where you found the promo code to double-check the expiry date, or contact us for more details.

Your discount code isn't available to you right now : the code you tried is valid, but it was created for a specific customer linked to a specific email address. If the code was given to you by our team, make sure you're using the same email address you used upon making your last order. If the code was given to you by someone else, you do not have the right to use it.
