I forgot to use a promo code. What should I do?

No problem! If your order has not yet been processed and that the promo code you wanted to use is still valid (and was initially valid at the time you made your order), you should contact our friendly Customer Experience team by live chat, email or phone and we will gladly assist you with adjust that. 

Please know that there is a limit of 1 promo code per order. Therefore, we can't add a second code to your order, and we cannot switch the code you initially used for another one.
