Can I add items to an existing order?

Got the blue, thinking of getting the grey... or both? 


As soon as your order is being processed by our distribution center, it is no longer possible to add an item to your order. Because our team works hard to process your order as quickly as possible and considering the delay we'll need to get to your message, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to proceed with your request.


Therefore, please know that there's no guarantee, but if you'd like to request adding an item to your order: 


  1. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally by phone or live chat for a faster response
  2. Let us know your order number and the exact item, including size and color, that you would like to add 
  3. We'll send you a payment link by email for the balance
  4. Your order will be placed on hold until you cover the balance, and released for process once it is paid.
