What can I do if I lost or deleted my eGift Card?

If you can't find your Coco Village eGift Card or deleted it by mistake - Don't worry - We got you! As long as your eGift Card hasn't been redeemed, we'll be able to re-send the card by email to the purchaser's email address. Contact our customer experience team HERE to request a recovery of your eGift Card. 

Important : In order for us to re-send your Coco Village eGift Card, we must first find it in the system. We will require the purchaser's email address, full name and phone number to retrieve the Gift Card. eGift Cards can only be re-sent to the original purchaser's email address, our team is not able to change the delivery email address. Also, for security reasons, only the purchaser has access to see the full Gift Card number. Our team only sees the last 4 digits of the card number and therefore, can't give a Gift Card number verbally.
